For editing, we use a Power Mac G5 Dual Intel processor, SATA Hard Drives, 7G RAM, and Final Cut Studio 2. Our video editing fee is $60 per hour.
Clients are always welcome to join us at the editor. We love to collaborate with you and welcome your creative input!
Customers are under no obligation to have us do editing, and may do their own editing with raw footage supplied by us. However, if our tapes are used, they must be returned to us within one week of delivery to customer or charges will be assessed unless other arrangements are made in advance of the shoot.
At no time do we lease or rent our equipment to anyone.
Our editing equipment is restricted to only two users within the company to maintain machine integrity and customer privacy.
All video we shoot is copyrighted and owned by A Word In Edgewise, Inc. We assign rights to the use of our video to clients in writing. We may also assign rights for distribution and duplication. Regardless of what rights are assigned, A Word In Edgewise, Inc. shall retain the copyright on all video filmed using our equipment and/or our crew, unless prior arrangements are made, such as corporate video ownership of tape.
